We recently migrated to new email servers. Any emails coming from our software will now be coming from notifications@mpsecuritysolutions.com (this will be the "Reply To" address).

Our old email servers would include emails with the following Reply To addresses:

notifications@mpsecurity-us.odoo.com, catchall@mpsecurity-us.odoo.com, and support@mpsecurity-us.odoo.com

You may receive bounce-back/non-deliverable notifications when replying to old emails from our system. We will be pro-actively sending out update messages on all open tickets and estimates with the updated reply-to email address, but please give us a call if you have any questions on any open items.
